Concession Stand Volunteers

Thank you for pitching in! Concessions are a crucial part of our ballfield experience, and your participation makes a significant impact on our league. By volunteering for just 1 hour per player (maximum 2 hours), you'll fulfill your obligation and receive a $20 refund for the Concession Stand Fee at the end of the season!

You can locate the Pit Stop Concessions Trailer next to fields 5, 6, and 7, and the Main Concessions building near lower fields 1, 2, 3 & 4.

We'll have numerous opportunities for volunteering throughout the season, so stay alert for chances to join in.

Concession Stand Volunteer Sign-Up

Concession Stand Fee

Fall 2024 Concession Stand Fee $20 per Registered Player. Refunded upon completion of league volunteer requirements.

Each family is required to volunteer 1 hour in concessions per registered player - maximum of 2 hours.
More than 2 registered players? Only 2 hours total per family is required to receive your concession stand fees back.
Once your volunteer shifts worked have been confirmed by the BYSBA board your concession stand fee will be returned to your original form of payment.

Families receiving a scholarship from BYSBA are also required to volunteer 1 hour in concessions.

BE A COACH!

The years of success that BYSBA has had is from no small part of our amazing coaches. Coach volunteers can be first timers or seasoned. Moms, dads, aunts & uncles even grand parents!

The coach is the team leader. He or she is responsible for scheduling and running meaningful practices. Developing game time player placements and game strategies. Besides being the team leader they should also be a good role model for our players. Good sportsmanship and respect is a cornerstone of BYSBA. If you are interested in becoming a coach, please contact us. You must also fill out the BYSBA Background Check Request and send it with your request.
